| 4/16 Maintenance. Track tightner was leaking. Top carrier roller was bad. Tilt cylinder was leaking |
4/18 Maintenance. Track roller had bolt broke off and 1 missing. Taking out radiator to clean it up. Jim, a mechanic is doing most the work. |
4/19 Radiator. Radiators wear out I guess. The fins get wore thin and bend over. Screens to keep out tree debris would probably help. |
4/23 2 Terraces. Wanted to get both done, 60% chance of rain tomorrrow. Had tire trouble after I started on the second terrace. |
| 4/24 2nd terrace. Took tire to town, will take some time to fix the sidewall. Friend, competitor loaned me his spare. A friend, farmer helped me get it aired up. Got going about noon. I think the terrace is up. Didn't check in the rain. |
4/27 Pond 2 is full. Has been wet here. Got the radiator core for the dozer. Needed more computer disk space on home computer. Bought a Linux system. If you can help me to get switched over e-mail me. |
4/29 An Auction Went to watch a dozer sell Sat. Chased parts for the dozer, forgot to take a pic of new radiator core. Hope to get it in Mon. Chance of rain Tues. Maybe will get some dirt moved next week. |

| 5/02/07 Pond 4 site. Still want to change hyd and motor oil on dozer. Nice slow rain were having. Could push out a hole, but I want to push the topsoil back on to the dam so it is better to wait till the topsoil dries some before it is stockpiled. |
5/03 Brad's Still raining. Went to see Brad and helped him put his trackframe back on. New bushing was tight. Went and looked at some semi tractors with Randy. |
5/15 Bentonite I am helping Jeff try to seal his pond. It was very porus soil by the fence, and with the water over such a large area past the fence no so sure it will work. One video shot is the area below the pond. |
5/16 John at quarry John is having hydraulic preasure troubles. Had some gauges with but wasn't able to help much. Did find out 1000 psi is the highest reading we could get. |

5/10 Mowing Tractor is 9 years older than me. Grandpa bought it brand new. Shouldn't mow when it's so wet, but that is when I have time to do it. |

| 5/19 Pond 4 Checked bolts. Got ready for pipes. Laid pipes. Backfilled pipes. Pushed some dirt. |
5/21 Pond 4 Chance of rain. Got dam up and pretty good hole. Cleaned up the neck some. Rip Rapped, was dark when got done. Go back to top soil. |
5/22 Pond 4 Got it topsoiled. |

| 6/04 Pond 5 Pond 5 is a rebuild of a very old pond. Stripped most of site. Undercut right toe of dam, refilled with clay. There was also a large ditch on the right coming into the pond I filled and built some dam. |
6/05 Pond 5 Put in a 2" stockwater pipe and a 8" primary spillway pipe. |
Snake On 6/4 am there was a pack rat that got into the fan and kicked a belt off when I started the dozer. After lunch this guy was in the fan when I started the dozer. Glad I didn't rev up the motor, would have had a lot of snake parts. |
6/06 Pond 5 Got the dam up. 6/07 Pond 5 is done. Dad came out and helped with a size perspective. |
